Is the free design really free?
Yes. Tell me about your business and I'll design a homepage for it and send you a link, no charge and no obligation. It's the best way to show you what you'd get. I do a limited number each month, so the sooner you ask, the sooner you'll see it.
If the free design only takes two days, why does the site cost $1,995?
Because they're different things. The free design is one page, and it's a picture: nothing on it works, there's no other page behind it, and none of the words are final. The build is five pages with every word written for you, working contact forms and click-to-call, your Google Business Profile set up, search basics done properly, and the whole thing launched on your domain. That's two weeks of work, and it's what actually brings you customers. The free design is the sketch, not the house.
What's the yearly discount?
Pay for twelve months up front and you get 15% off. Monthly care works out to $2,028 for the year instead of $2,388, saving you $360. Social media is quoted per business, and the same 15% applies to whatever we agree. Same service either way — you're just saving me the monthly billing, so I pass that back to you. The website build is a one-time project, so the discount doesn't apply to it.
Do I own my website?
Completely. The domain is registered in your name and the site files are yours. If you ever stop monthly care, I hand everything over with instructions for whoever takes it from there.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from our call to launch, as long as you can get me your photos, hours, and service list within a few days. Bigger sites and online stores take longer, and I'll tell you up front.
What do you need from me?
Thirty minutes on a call, your logo if you have one, whatever photos you've got, and a list of what you do. I write all the copy. If you don't have good photos, I'll come take some.
Can you fix my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Sometimes. If you're on Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress, I'll look at it and tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or whether starting fresh costs about the same and ends up better.
Do you build online stores or online ordering?
Yes. Simple stores, online ordering for restaurants, and booking systems are quoted separately once I understand what you sell.
Is there a contract?
For the build: half up front, half when it goes live. Monthly care and social media are month to month with no long-term contract. Stay because it's working, not because you signed something.
